Investments in units and shares of companies, acquisition and management of shareholdings in Bulgarian and foreign companies; pursuing an activity as a holding company; acquiring, evaluating and selling patents, granting licenses for the use of patents to companies in which the company holds shares; financing of companies in which the company holds shares as well as any other business not prohibited by law provided that, if a permit or a license or a registration is required for carrying out any business, such business shall be carried out upon obtaining such permit or license, respectively after making such registration.
