Whole Chicken

The whole chicken is sold in a plastic bag and has an expiration date of 18 months. The thaw time depends on its size. Gradus recommends you allow about 3 hours. It is suitable for grilling, roasting, oven baking in a special bag, boiling, etc. The chicken has great natural taste and no added flavour.
